Welcome to the Deltarune Shrine!

* Deltarune's basically the spiritual successor of Undertale! It's developed by Toby Fox, along with a team containing some returning members, such as Temmie Chang. The story of the game is told through playable Chapters, and a new Chapter is released every few years or so.

* The premise of the game is about three heroes: a monster, a human, and a Darkner, who are aiming to restore the balance between the Dark and Light World, and ultimately stop a catastrophic event known as The Roaring.

* I remember the day when Chapter 1 was first released...! I was super hyped to play it, and of course it felt nostalgic playing the sort of sequel to Undertale, since it was a game that I really loved as a kid.

* While it didn't impact me as much as Touhou did, there are still many things I love about it. I love its writing, characters, and music! And of course, Toby Fox is a master musician. Don't underestimate the dog.

* Chapter 5 REALLY got me into it, though. My love for Japanese culture and all its references to Touhou were just... AAAAAAAAAA! And I can't forget to mention the Weird Route. Its horror somehow really appeals to me, and it just shows how deep and thoughtful the lore and writing of this game is.
